Clean Energy

The clean energy business part of BEWG: Beijing Enterprises Clean Energy Group Limited is the clean energy development flagship jointly established by BEWG, CITIC industry funds and TusHoldings, mainly engaging in photovoltaic power generation. It is an investment platform of comprehensive clean energy including wind electricity and heating and is listed in the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (stock code: 1250. HK) . Beijing Enterprises Clean Energy Group Company is mainly engaged in clean energy development and utilization, provides “clean energy+” solutions to fully construct the clean energy ecological system with “integrated energy development, multiple type operation and various profit points” and dedicate to becoming a leading integrated provider of clean energy.

At present, its surface power station and distributed PV power station are spread in over 20 provinces and cities including Hebei, Henan, Shandong, Shanxi, Jiangxi, Hubei, Anhui and Yunnan. There are over 170 stations with the accumulated capacity exceeding 2.4GW photovoltaic power that it has engaged in investing, constructing and operating.

Geotherm Project of Binjiang New Town in Changshu, Jiangsu

  • · Adopting green energy saving mode of green energy station

This project supplied the architectural air condition, heating and domestic hot water by concentrated energy station to reach high efficient energy utilization and striking energy-saving effect. It proposed to adopt green energy saving mode of green energy station and took the river water of Changxu River as the cold and heat source to provide the cold & heat supply service and provide the domestic hot water, maximum reducing the operation cost. After the implementation of this project, it would save 57,800 tons standard coal per year, reduce the carbon dioxide emissions of 142,000 tons/year, and the dust emission of 1425.6 tons/year.

Shandong Binzhou Lusa 48MW Wind Power Project

It is the first wind power project of BEWG. There were 24 sets of XE100-2000 units with the single installed capacity of 2000kW; the total installed capacity reached 48MW and the hub height was 80m. all of them carried out the grid-connected power generation on May 30, 2016. It is estimated that they will provide the grid with clean electricity of 123,617,000 kilowatt hour per year.

Yunan Dali Yangmeiping 20MW Photovoltaic Power Generation Project

This project takes advantages of solar energy resources and adopts the design combining the polycrystalline silicon components with high-concentration-ratio modules. It saves 7400 tons standard coal per year, reduces the carbon dioxide emissions of 22,100 tons, carbon monoxide emissions of 19,300 tons and the dust emission of 99.50 tons, which obviously alleviates environmental pollution. This development and construction of this project accelerated the diversified development of clean energy in Yunnan and met the electricity demand in a certain degree, boosted the development of related industries including building materials, transportation and equipment manufacturing industry, played a key role in extending the employment and developing the tertiary industry in Yunnan.

Shandong Jining Weishan 50MW Runner Project

  • · The first photovoltaic grid-connected project among eight national runner bases in the second batch

This project was the platform project of photovoltaic power generation demonstration base in coal-mining subsidence area in Jining City, Shandong Province and was the first photovoltaic grid-connected project among eight national runner bases in the second batch. It adopted various support schemes including fixed type and single rack tracker, relied on photovoltaic agriculture and photovoltaic fishing and realized three-dimensional utilization of land resources. There is power station sightseeing corridor, sightseeing platform and photovoltaic science museum on site, which realizes the complementary between the photovoltaic power generation and popular science popularization, combines the photovoltaic power generation with the ecological tourism and cooperates with the local government to development science popularization tourism project.
