The project is a national "Twelfth Five-Year" key project in the Haihe River Basin. The project adopts the technical route of "harmless and stable treatment of sludge + deep dehydration + resource-based incineration (or land use)", and the amount-reducing, harmless and stabilized sludge treatment effect is leading domestically. The depth of dehydration reaches 55% and the processing scale reaches 500 tons / day. It has been fully affirmed by the relevant departments such as the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Ministry of Housing and
Urban-Rural Development.

This project is a comprehensive demonstration project of national sludge treatment and disposal project, which can produce about 20,000 tons of bio-organic fertilizer products each year. After deep-processing of fertilizer, it is used for landscaping and soil remediation. The project was jointly funded and established by BEWG and Hainan Development Holding Group, which created a new situation of specialized cooperation among state-owned holding enterprises.

The project classifies and disposes all kinds of recyclable resources such as copper, iron, aluminum and rubber and toxic and hazardous substances produced by the disassemble of various types of discarded electrical appliances and safely disposes them so as to effectively reduce the burden of environmental load and human health, so that a large amount of waste resources can be turned into an important industrial raw materials. It improves the recycling of waste electrical and electronic products in Gansu Province, deals with disorderly situation, and establishes a standardized recovery, dismantling, processing model.

It is the dangerous waste operation project in Shandong with the complete qualification and largest comprehensive treatment capability.
