The project has led the trend of sanitation in the new era, closely followed the reform concept of "pioneering" of Guangdong Province, select new energy sanitation vehicles on a large scale, realize real-time management and monitoring of people, vehicles, and things in the whole process through mobile 5G, AI, Internet, Internet of Things, big data, cloud computing and other technologies, explore compound operation modes, and finely arrange environmental sanitation operations to promote efficient transformation of sanitation services.

By implementing the operation mode of "mainly machinery, supplemented by labor", the project optimizes road cleaning operation process, and unifies urban and rural sanitation operation standards, to achieve the operation goal of "dust reduction, control and removal", and achieve a leap in environmental sanitation quality.

The project highlights the two key points of "full-coverage sanitation and cleaning, and garbage recycling and disposal", forms an operation mode that integrates "spraying, sweeping, Vacuuming and washing", and strives to build a smart sanitation digital supervision platform of "one picture, one system, and one platform" for sanitation operations, realizing the "full-coverage, multi-dimensional, digital and intelligent" supervision and assessment.

In order to achieve the integrated development of urban and rural areas, improve the level of urban management, and effectively solve the problem of "waste encircling villages", the Hejian Sanitation Marketization PPP Project builds a sustainable mechanized and intelligent sanitation service operation system, establishes a one-stop cleaning and transportation system, reasonably sets up garbage collection and transportation facilities, and implements the model of "collection in villages, transportation in towns, and treatment in counties".

The project realizes fine management, professional operation, and intelligent operation through "improving mechanical operation process and raising sanitation operation standards". It adopts "mechanical cleaning + sprinkling" combination operation process to reduce the intensity of manual cleaning operations, reduce road dust load, and improve road cleanliness. Collection containers and transportation vehicles are equipped to ensure that daily domestic garbage is cleaned on the day, and the vehicles are fully enclosed during transportation to ensure no spilling. Adhering to the spirit of Jiao Yulu, an urban and rural sanitation integration construction is built.

The project adopts the combined operation process of "high-pressure washing + mechanical sweeping + manual washing + fast inspection and cleaning", upgrades the infrastructure such as garbage transfer stations, public toilets, and actively promotes the refinement of cleaning, the compression and sealing during garbage collection, and the standardization of construction and management of sanitation facilities.

The project is the separate handover project of "water, electricity, gas (heat) and property" of Yanshan Petrochemical Company. With the task of "providing high-quality services and sharing a happy life", adhering to the "safe, green, convenient, intelligent, and harmonious" service concept, the project strives to create a safe and comfortable living environment for residents, build harmonious and friendly facilities, and provide intelligent and high-end experience, and convenient and efficient property services.

The project undertakes all the landscaping maintenance tasks in Zhangdian District, and carries out operations around the construction of the ecological system to realize the coordination and coexistence of the ecological system and urban development. The project is equipped with seedling watering car, seedling transportation vehicles, professional ladder trucks and other operating machinery (hedge trimmers, lawn mowers, brush cutters, chain saws, and sprayers) to improve the quality and efficiency of operations in all directions.

The Hami Hazardous Waste Co-combustion Project in Cement Kiln is based on the cement clinker production line to independently build an incinerator for co-combustion of hazardous waste in cement kiln. Through the high-temperature incineration and cement clinker mineralization and high-temperature sintering process, the role of cement kiln in the co-combustion, detoxification and heavy metal solidification of hazardous wastes is achieved at a high temperature, and the goals of hazardous waste reduction, harmless disposal and recycling are achieved.

Guangxi Guigang Medical Waste Disposal Center is the only professional project in Guigang City with operation qualifications to collect, transport, store, and harmlessly dispose of medical waste in a centralized manner, to ensure that medical waste generated by medical institutions in Guigang is treated and recycled in a harmless manner, so as to realize the ecological environment aspirations of "beautiful Guigang, beautiful Guangxi, and beautiful China".

The 300,000 tons/year Waste Methanol and Mixed Alcohol Recovery and Recycle Project is supported by the subsidy funds for the circular transformation demonstration pilot project of the Ningdong Energy and Chemical Base Park. The project has a professional and complete green and efficient recovery, separation and recycling process system of waste methanol and mixed alcohol, setting a benchmark for characteristic renewable resource projects.

Yaojiagang Industrial Waste Disposal and Recycle Project is aimed at the practical needs of the transformation and upgrading of the chemical industry and the recycling transformation of the chemical industrial park in Yichang City. After operation, it will achieve the goal of "hazardous waste in the park being disposed on site without leaving the park", help Yaojiagang Chemical Industrial Park to build a national circular economy demonstration park and develop a "new engine" for growing emerging industries.

Shandong Industrial Solid Waste (Hazardous Waste) Disposal Center is an emergency support unit for environmental emergencies in Shandong Province. Its service scope covers all prefectural and municipal areas in Shandong Province, and its disposal scope covers 38 categories and 425 classes in List of Hazardous Wastes. The capacity and scope are among the top in China.
