The technology development section of the North Water Education Center covers four major contents: the Internet plus environment competition venture group, the Internet plus environment innovation competition (University Group), the ecological environment science and technology achievements transformation network platform (TESTA) and the ecological environment science and technology innovation curriculum energy platform.

The "Internet plus" ecological environment competition has been held for the three time. Achievement evaluation, competition review, cooperation docking, entrepreneurship and innovation training, production verification, investment and financing, and market promotion.. A "six in one" scientific and technological achievements transformation service system of network platform + innovative events + training system + series of teaching materials + technical services + cooperation mechanism has been established, and a road of scientific and technological achievements transformation in line with the reality of ecological environment specialty, enterprise and industry has been explored.
