Customer satisfaction is our ultimate goal. To comprehensively enhance customer satisfaction, we conducted an in-depth and comprehensive analysis of the previous year's customer satisfaction survey results. We carefully analyzed the specific needs of customers in segmented business sectors collected from the questionnaires and formulated targeted customer relationship improvement strategies and implementation measures to better meet customer expectations.
In the first half of 2025, the Group's water supply company carried out satisfaction surveys for 91,052 service cases as needed, achieving a customer satisfaction rate of 99.82%.
All water supply plants under our Group strictly adhere to the latest national and regional standards related to drinking water, including the Standards for Drinking Water Quality and the Environmental Quality Standards for Surface Water, and have achieved a 100% qualification rate upon inspection by external third-party institutions.In 2025, there were no non-compliance incidents regarding drinking water standards.
The effluent water quality of sewage treatment plants is monitored, tested, and evaluated by internal departments, government departments, and third-party testing agencies commissioned by government departments, complying with relevant national and regional standards for effluent water quality of sewage treatment plants, such as the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant and the Environmental Quality Standards for Surface Water. In 2025, the effluent water quality compliance rate of BEWG’s sewage treatment plants reached 100%.
The Group has established a Sustainability Committee at the board level, which is responsible for formulating, directing, and reviewing the Company's sustainability strategies, including those specific to health and safety. At the operational management level, a Work Safety Committee has been set up as the Group's highest decision-making body for work safety. It is co-chaired by Mr. Xiong Bin, the Party Secretary and Chairman of the Board, and Ms. Wang Zhupin, the Chief Executive Officer.
The Group continues to improve its work safety management system. In line with the "Three Managements, Three Musts" requirement, we have systematically reviewed operational procedures, resulting in the establishment or revision of over 2,000 safety-related rules and regulations. In parallel, we have formulated and updated the Relevant Party Work Safety Management System, which clarifies the safety management responsibilities of all relevant parties, including contractors. Business units are required to maintain proper records, supervise implementation, and track corrective actions through to full closure.BEWG has obtained ISO 45001 certification, covering 100% of its business operations.
The Group has incorporated health and safety indicators into the performance appraisal of its management team, including the Chief Executive Officer, to ensure that safety responsibilities are effectively cascaded and enforced at every level.
