BEWG signs a framework cooperation agreement with Shanxi Gemeng International Energy Group Co., Ltd. (Gemeng International) 2022-02-22
On February 22, BEWG held a signing ceremony of the cooperation framework agreement with Shanxi Gemeng International Energy Group Co., Ltd. (Gemeng International) in Taiyuan.
The two sides agreed to establish a long-term cooperative relationship, fully explore and make use of the professional and resource advantages in their respective fields, and will carry out comprehensive cooperation in the field of traditional water affairs, comprehensive improvement of water environment and other water-related fields in Shanxi Province, so as to jointly build a leading enterprise in the water affairs and environmental protection industry in Shanxi Province.
Yu Liangfa, vice president of BEWG, and Hou Yiming, member of the Party committee and deputy general manager of Shanxi Gemeng International Energy Group Co., Ltd. and deputy general manager of Gemeng International signed a cooperation framework agreement on behalf of the two sides.
At the signing ceremony, Zhou Min, president of BEWG, introduced the strategic objectives, business segment, performance and development path of BEWG, elaborated on the characteristics of enterprise including mixed ownership, corporate governance, integrated party building, professional and intelligent operation and management, and emphasized that BEWG has taken customers as its source, and established regional organizations close to the front line to solve problems for the customers. He said that both BEWG and Shanxi Gemeng International Energy Group Co., Ltd. (Gemeng International) have the gene of mixed ownership, similar business philosophy, and the determination to expand and strengthen the Shanxi market, and the two sides have a good foundation for cooperation, and shall seek coordinated development subsequently. He hoped that the two sides could give full play to their respective advantages during cooperation, clarify the positioning of the cooperation platform, optimize and integrate resources, and realize complementary advantages.
CaoYang, Party secretary and chairman of Shanxi Gemeng International Energy Group Co., Ltd. as well as chairman and general manager of Gemeng International, expressed his appreciation for the achievements made by BEWG, and introduced the achievements of “one main and two auxiliary” business segment, enterprise digital intelligence management and scientific and technological innovation, as well as the development direction of “green and low-carbon integrated energy service provider and energy green and low-carbon transformation demonstration base” of Gemeng International. He said that under the carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals, enterprise transformation is an inevitable trend, low-carbon and clean resource utilization will be the development direction of enterprises, and water-related business will also be the business direction of Gemeng International. He has high hopes for cooperation between the two sides in the water business. He said that the cooperation progress should be accelerated, and both sides should give full play to their respective advantages, take advantage of the situation to develop and become bigger and stronger as soon as possible.
