On November 14, the "2024 China eco-environmental Industry Development Conference and environmental listed companies forum" hosted by the environmental chamber of Commerce of the all China Federation of industry and commerce was successfully concluded. The conference released the "2024 China's top 50 environmental enterprises' revenue development report" and the list. BEWG was selected with leading service ability and brand influence. Yu Liguo, senior vice president of the group, attended the summit dialogue session of the forum and shared the development direction of the environmental protection industry under the wave of green transformation.
The "top 50 environmental enterprises in China in 2024" continues the brand of "top 50 environmental enterprises in China". According to the previous selection criteria, based on the declaration of enterprises, the principle of fairness and openness, based on real data, combined with the investigation of large-scale environmental enterprises, it is generated in descending order of the total operating income in 2023. According to the list, among the top 50 enterprises in 2024, there were 42 listed enterprises and 8 unlisted enterprises. The average revenue of the top 50 enterprises was 7.842 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 2.84%. The three companies with a revenue of more than 20billion yuan are Everbright environment (29.081 billion yuan), BEWG (24.519 billion yuan) and pioneer environmental protection (21.319 billion yuan).

In August 2024, the CPC Central Committee and the State Council issued the opinions on accelerating the comprehensive green transformation of economic and social development to vigorously develop green low-carbon industries. It is estimated that by 2030, the scale of energy conservation and environmental protection industry will reach about 15trillion yuan.
