The report describes the scene of harmony between people and water in BEWG Beijing daoxianghu reclaimed water plant, expounds the main views of Mao Jianhua, vice president of the group, and shows the practical strength and development concept of BEWG on the new journey of continuous and in-depth fighting for clean water.

Scientific and technological innovation has become an important support. At the site of the second phase project of daoxianghu reclaimed water plant in Shangzhuang Town, Haidian District, Beijing, construction workers were installing sewage treatment facilities amid the roar of machines. "The daily treatment capacity of the first phase of daoxianghu reclaimed water plant is 80000 tons. After the second phase of the project is put into operation, the sewage treatment capacity will double, and the tail water will be directly discharged to rivers and lakes for ecological water supplement, which can effectively improve the regional production and living environment." said Mao Jianhua, vice president of BEWG group.

Mao Jianhua said that in order to continue to fight for clean water, it is necessary to steadily improve the quality of water environment and strengthen the utilization of sewage resources, which puts forward higher requirements for the ability of water environment treatment. "Ecological and environmental protection enterprises must improve their scientific and technological innovation ability, continue to carry out key technology research, further promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, and improve their service ability and level, so as to provide strong support for winning the battle of pollution prevention and control and promoting green development." Mao Jianhua said that BEWG will be able to improve its sewage treatment capacity and better meet the needs of continuous and in-depth efforts to defend clean water.
