Be Responsible, BE Valuable, Be Sharable
Be Responsible

Being responsible means having the courage and will to shoulder great responsibility. We all should always give top priority to the overall situation of the company, seeing its business as our own; act on our own initiative to take on important tasks; face up to problems, correct any mistake of which we have become aware, and feel thankful when being told of our errors.
Being responsible also means unremitting determination. We should be so ambitious that we must be more far-sighted in making plans and follow higher standards for performance; we should be indomitable enough to stick things out, no matter what difficulties and obstacles stand in our way, in pursuing a desirable result through a rigorous process.

BE Valuable

Being valuable stresses everything we do is aimed to create best value and through value creation by teams and individuals, to improve on a constant basis the value of the enterprise as a whole.
Being valuable stresses quality and competence; we hold in high esteem accomplished and capable employees, letting them take positions they are competent for.
Being valuable stresses performance first and foremost; we are simple and pragmatic, saying no to impetuosity and seeking practical results.
Being valuable stresses creating value for one another; only by being valuable to others can our existence be meaningful and valuable.
Being valuable stresses sustainable value, i.e. value that lasts long and can be increased.
Being valuable stresses constantly developing potential, discovering and creating greater value through change and innovation.

Be Sharable

Sharing is a quality of being open and inclusive, and it means a win-win strategy.
Sharing requires us to have a mindset for sharing on a collaborative basis, enhancing trust in one another by means of more communication, exchange and support, and sharing knowledge, information, experience, technologies, resources, and achievements.
Sharing requires us to share with employees not only material wealth from corporate development but also spiritual wealth, so that the enterprise and employees enjoy growth and benefits together.
Sharing requires us to value and share good suggestions from employees and to give them recognition and encouragement in time.
Sharing requires us to benefit all stakeholders while seeking corporate development.
