1. Operate and manage Urban Resources Group and its subordinate project companies with full authority;

2. Develop and manage the solid waste and hazardous waste business in the following aspects including investment, operation and project management;

3. Formulate the company strategy, propose the business planning, operating principles and operation modes, and organize the implementation according to the strategy target of the Group;

4. Propose the setup scheme and basic management system of internal management institution, take charge of building the basic team of the company and standardizing the internal management;

5. Take charge of coordinating the relations among the Group, the government and the customers; represent the company to handle with the business; carry out public relations activities and maintain good social relations;

6. Approve and issue the document in the name of the company; convene and chair the office meeting of General Manager; manage the implementation of each project;

7. Prepare the annual budget of the company; promote the enterprise culture construction of the company; handle with major emergency incidents.

1. 35 years old to 50 years old; university bachelor degree above; major in environmental engineering, whoever is prioritized with doctoral and master degree;

2. Have the manufacturing and disposal experience in dangerous goods of environmental protection or chemical industry over 10 years; have undertaken the General Manager of group enterprises or the Vice General Manager in charge of investment, operation and project management over 5 years;

3. Have good strategic capability, expanding ability and team leadership;

4. Have an in-depth study on the development frontiers and market dynamics of environmental protection industry; have a certain governmental and industrial resource and be capable of integrating the resource to help the company achieve the strategy.
