- Job description:
1. Perfect and constantly optimize the human resource management policies and flow system of the Group;
2. Formulate the recruitment plan, perfect the recruitment process and make the planning and cultivation of talent reserve;
3. Formulate and optimize the salary system; ensure timely and accurately distribute salary and welfare;
4. Perfect the employee on-boarding process management and related materials; ensure timely, legally and accurately sign the labor contract;
5. Build and perfect the performance assessment system and implement the performance assessment management;
6. Make the assessment and follow-up management according to the job competency standard;
7. Carry out the human resource information system management;
8. Carry out the coordination and management of human resource daily work, including personnel management of the personnel, such as the probation, the change, promotion and dismission;
9. Supervise the human resource management policy of project companies in all different levels and timely provide the human resource support to project companies.
- Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above and have the working experience in human resource management, enterprise management and related work;
2. Be familiar with related system procedure of human resource management of the Group and understand the relevant knowledge on human resource management;
3. Have rich human resource management experiences and a certain division management ability;
4. Comprehend the business departments of the Group and their business features;
5. Have strong planning, coordination, personnel communication ability and good team work spirit;
6. Be willing to take business trip.
