 Vocational skill level identification

Vocational skill level identification refers to the behavior of determining the vocational skill level of workers by the evaluation agency filed by the Human Resources and Social Security Department according to the national vocational skill standards or job evaluation norms of the industry and enterprises. This level identification is a kind of skilled talent evaluation method parallel with vocational qualification evaluation. The qualified personnel will be awarded the vocational skill level certificate by the evaluation agency, which is equivalent to the national vocational qualification certificate.
