Highlight!BEWG Wins Two Awards of the China Talent Development Awards 2021-05-21

From May 20-22, the 2020-2021 (12th) China Talent Development Awards Ceremony and the 2021 (17th) Annual Conference of Chinese Enterprise Training and Development were held in Shenzhen, which were sponsored by the “Training” magazine of Xinhua Daily Media Group. More than 150 distinguished guests, 2,000 well-known enterprises, and 3,000 training professionals gathered at this annual meeting to witness the annual festival. At the award ceremony, BEWG won the “Ecological Empowerment Award” for its outstanding performance in the field of training and talent development, and Yu Liguo, senior vice president of BEWG, won the “Outstanding Person” Award. This is another honor that the Group has won in the integrated  development of production and education, and talent system training construction.
 
BEWG won double awards after strict appraisal
 
BEWG has been making continuous efforts to make outstanding achievements in personnel training, ecological empowerment, innovative forward-looking thinking practices, system construction, sustainable development, etc. The “Ecological Empowerment Award” and the “Outstanding Person” Award are the industry’s authoritative media's full recognition of the talent development work of BEWG, and are also an affirmation of continuous empowerment of BEWG to universities, enterprises, industries and society.  
 
Among the, the “Ecological Empowerment Award” aims to investigate an organization’s  strategic investment in talent, talent development planning, training management and operation, learning design practice, talent value demonstration, etc., which focuses on the “pioneer” that  achieves ecological empowerment in the sector/industry involved and the upstream and downstream. The “Outstanding Person” Award aims to reward outstanding managers with outstanding performance in the fields of organization optimization, talent empowerment, performance improvement, customer growth, technological updating, etc. with respect to their performance in management ability, professionalism, contribution, etc.

To continuously promote sound growth of Chinese enterprise training and talent development, the China Talent Development Awards was specially set up by the “Training” magazine to commend the organizations, individuals and excellent practices that have contributed to innovation and change, organizational learning, talent planning, performance support, project design, ecological empowerment, etc. So far, more than 3,400 enterprises have registered for appraisal of the China Talent Development Awards, and a total of 544 enterprises have won the Awards. It has become an benchmark annual brand event in the field of Chinese enterprise training and talent development.

Three kinds of awards have been set up for this year’s China Talent Development Awards, which fall into the categories of organization, individual, and achievements, with a total of ten sub-items.  The organizer invited 8 experts from multi-national human resources consulting institutions and professors from well-known business schools to participate in the evaluation. A total of 447 Chinese companies have applied for the awards, covering more than 20 industries including finance, manufacturing, retail, IT, Internet, real estate, medicine, energy, etc., and only 119 companies stood out after  several rounds of selection and fierce competition.
 
Theme sharing to talk about the way of talents cultivation of BEWG
 
On May 21, Ji Guangpeng, deputy general manager of the Human Resources Center of BEWG, was invited to make theme sharing of “Construction of an “Industrial” Ecological Talent Chain for Leading Enterprises” at the special Think Tank Forum. He made the theme sharing by taking “Ecological Empowerment” of BEWG as the main line, and focusing on the exploration and practice of environmental industry development, BEWG, “industrial” education ecosystem, integration of production and education, etc.  
 
Ji Guangpeng said that BEWG has been focusing on building an all-win production and education platform ecosphere to innovate the model of industry-university-research cooperation through Internet platform thinking based on digitalization, actively promote talent development and learning construction, internally build a hierarchical and classified talents cultivation and training system and a vocational skills appraisal platform for employees that combines online and offline services, and externally build a modern industry college to promote one-stop integration project of production and education including business experts entering the campus, development of teaching materials for integration of production and education, 1+X certificate evaluation organization, innovative and entrepreneurial education, etc. It is important to build a new education system that integrates sector-industry-global education chains, talent chains, industrial chains, and innovation chains in all directions through the model of internal and external coexistence, and form a new multi-level and multi-form education pattern in the field of ecological environment that covers “enterprise business + academic education + professional certification + innovation and entrepreneurship + talent service” to promote environmental industry transformation and talent upgrading. The report also gives a new interpretation of the internal empowerment of the demonstration enterprises to lead a new model of ecological chain empowerment development, and innovate a new direction for lifelong learning and ecological construction.
