During the National Water-Saving Publicity Week, Dongying BEWG Water Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of BEWG, jointly launched a series of publicity activities with the Dongying Wetland City Construction Promotion Center under the theme of "Building a Water-Saving City, Promoting Sustainable Development". The activities successively visited Olympic Garden Community and Jinshui Kindergarten, popularizing water-saving knowledge among community residents and kindergarten teachers and students through diverse and engaging formats, advocating green lifestyles, and further fostering a social atmosphere of cherishing, loving, and protecting water resources.

On the morning of May 11, the first stop of the activity was held at Olympic Garden Community. Staff from Dongying BEWG and volunteers from the Wetland City Construction Promotion Center introduced residents to the current status of water resources and practical household water-saving tips by distributing promotional materials and providing on-site explanations. They also provided detailed explanations of the entire wastewater treatment process, enhancing residents' understanding of water resource recycling. Many residents stopped to consult about household water usage questions, and staff patiently answered each one while distributing water-saving brochures and eco-friendly bags. The activity closely integrated water-saving publicity with community services, bringing water-saving concepts into homes and integrating them into the daily life details of citizens.
Campus Nurturing: Building Water-Saving Awareness from Childhood
On May 13, the activity visited Jinshui Kindergarten to conduct a water-saving science mini-class. Dongying BEWG staff introduced the importance of water and methods of water conservation to children through playing water-saving animation shorts, telling water-saving stories, and demonstrating water cycle science experiments in an easy-to-understand and entertaining way. During the interactive session, staff guided children to think and share water-saving tips through questions such as "Where does water come from?", "What is water used for?", and "What are the phenomena of wasting water in daily life?", such as using vegetable-washing water to water plants and using small water flows when washing hands. The children eagerly spoke up, expressing their desire to be little water-saving guardians, bringing water-saving knowledge home and conserving water together with their parents.
