On June 24, the signing ceremony of centralized procurement contract for general contracting of construction in 2022 of BEWG was successfully held in Hangzhou, and in-depth discussions were held in the form of salons to reach a consensus on reshaping the cooperative relationship between the two sides, promoting high-quality development, and jointly creating a water industry alliance. Since then, BEWG has opened a new cooperation mode with its partners.
At the meeting, China Railway No.4 Engineering Group Co., Ltd., Ranken Railway Construction Group Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Civil Engineering Group Co., Ltd of CREC signed the annual cooperation framework agreement with the four regions and the rural business departments. BEWG will accelerate in-depth cooperation with its partners in project implementation, quality delivery, standard establishment, management and technology innovation, integrate high-quality resources, and build a strategic alliance of ecological win-win and sustainable development.

In 2022, BEWG created a new procurement mode in the industry. In terms of the selection of construction general contracting partners, it broke the current situation of conventional single procurement, and innovatively adopted the annual centralized procurement mode, with one-time procurement for annual use, so as to improve the procurement efficiency and enhance the market competitiveness.
